Leadership and secretariat
The leader for NKJ is selected for a period of four years and rotates between the Nordic countries. From 2010 the chairman is Niels Gøtke. At the same time the secretariat was moved from Finland to NordForsk, Norway. Lotta Strandberg, NordForsk, is responsible for the secretariat function.
From 1 to 2 administrative representatives from each participating country are supporting the work of secretariat.
